I’ve shaded the practice design I was working with yesterday. Went a bit experimental with the lotus flower at the bottom and more conservative with the wings of leaves at the top. It was alright I guess.

Next design was a wave inspired crest. A lot of parallel lines involved; very good practice. I took the liberty of separating the curls of the waves during shading. Overall, I’m rather pleased with this,

Next, another design with wings of leaves. I chose this design because of its complexity; more engraving for me to practice. I’m done with all the outlines, leaving the shading for tomorrow.
