Just came back from the neighbourhood gym. Took it easy, since it’s been 2 months since my last proper workout. It feels really good to be moving my body in this frigid weather; we’ve reached slightly below zero these few days.
The gym is decent. I don’t expect too much. So far, the gym seems to have everything that I need, and then some, for a great workout. The best part about the gym is that it’s a 5 minutes (or less) walk from home. Now that I’ve finally gotten myself a new gym membership, I’m going to make the most out of it. This is just another step towards adjusting life here to what it used to be back home.
